Required Skills: •This is a hybrid role reporting to our Charlotte-Ballantyne, NC; Woodbury, Long Island; or New Hartford, NY location. •Ensures timely completion of assigned file reviews, calibration sessions and analysis reports to leadership. •Applies advanced knowledge of the claims process, policies & procedures, systems, coverage, liability, damage estimating, and/or settlement and adherence to applicable legal and regulatory compliance standards when conducting file reviews. •Identifies claim handling trends by applying advanced industry knowledge to discipline practices to produce recommendations for improvement opportunities. •Effectively communicates observations to all levels of leadership and provides substantiate feedback and coaching to associates. Work closely with the Director of Field Claim Operations, line of business Directors and regional leadership to ensure compliance with claim handling, practices and procedures. •Provide training and support to the Claims field leadership and frontline Claims staff. •Performs other tasks as assigned by the Director of Claims Quality and Strategy. •4-8 years' claims experience, demonstrating expertise in underlying coverages, broad background in litigated matters and development. Qualifications: •4-year college degree preferred.
