Required Skills: •Performs customer contract review, identifies and resolves discrepancies. •Reviews and approves a variety of engineering documentation including, but not limited to, Customer Drawings, Assembly Drawings, Test Drawings, ATE Test Programs, Burn-In Circuits, & Sales Orders. •Evaluates and records customer source control drawing for manufacturing capability, provides recommendations. •Supports customer return material authorization (RMA, evaluation and coordination). •Provides qualification conformance inspection/engineering support and disposition. •Handles non-conforming material review and disposition •Use statistical process control & analysis techniques •Conducts and leads quality system audits both internally and for subcontractors /vendors. Qualifications: •BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, or similar technical discipline. •Working knowledge ISO 9001, Quality System Standard •Working knowledge AS9100/AS9120, Aerospace Quality System Standard •Solid functional working knowledge of IATF 16949-2016, Automotive Quality Management •Solid functional working knowledge of DSCC QML program is a plus •Computer skills: MS Office Suite, Internet, CAD, etc. •Strong analytical skills with experience in all aspects of semiconductor component manufacturing. •Problem-solving techniques: 8D, Is/Is Not, 5 Whys •As a Rochester Electronics employee, it is expected that the individual positively supports the Rochester culture, and maintains strict adherence to work policies and practices set forth within the company. •Demonstrated capacity to work within a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
