Required Skills: •We are seeking a full-time, highly skilled •The QA/QC Engineer serves as the critical technical and linguistic bridge between our local facility and our •Asia-based engineering and supplier teams •. This role is responsible for diagnosing technical product defects, running root-cause analysis, and directly communicating engineering adjustments to our Asia teams to ensure all localized output and global supply chains meet rigid industry standards. •Develop and implement QA processes to ensure products meet specifications during the development phase. •Provide assistance for FA from RMA or address issues raised by clients •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams (development, production, suppliers) to establish standards, processes, and guidelines that promote quality. •Conduct risk assessments and process audits to identify potential quality issues early in the production lifecycle. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. •Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment. •Knowledge of relevant regulations, including UL certification and IEC 60950 / IEC 62368, is preferred. •Strong knowledge of quality standards, tools, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC). •Operational familiarity with root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. •Attention to detail and ability to work independently to ensure product quality. •Certification in quality assurance or control (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is a plus. •Bilingual in English & Mandarin is preferred.
