Required Skills: •Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript), Tosca, OpKey, or similar low code/no-code solutions •Perform functional, smoke, integrations, regression and end-to-end testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing) and Oracle Fusion ERP systems. •Develop test plans and manage test execution using tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Xray, or similar. •Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases. •Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and DevOps to integrate testing in the CI/CD pipeline. •Conduct test case reviews, identify test coverage gaps, and suggest improvements. •Execute and monitor automated tests; triage test failures and report defects with clear steps to reproduce. •Ensure test environments are maintained and configured for optimal performance. Qualifications: •5–8 years of experience in QA Automation roles. •Proficient in JavaScript and Playwright (or similar modern web automation frameworks like Cypress or Puppeteer). •Exposure to Tricentis Tosca, TestComplete, or other commercial test automation platforms. •Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices. •Operational familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar. •Good understanding of version control using Git or similar VCS •Demonstrated capacity to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and documentation. •Knowledge of performance testing using tools like NeoLoad or JMeter (a plus). •ISTQB or other QA certifications (a plus). •Operational familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
