Hiring: Quality Assurance Analyst Company: City First Bank Location: Washington, DC Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:50:17 Target Skills & Keywords : Business Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Quality Assurance About the job Experience: •3+ years of experience in commercial lending, credit administration, loan operations or quality assurance Required Skills: •Independently conduct end-to- end quality assurance reviews servicing activity, system data, and exception tracking to identify documentation, data, process, and control deficiencies; determine root causes of recurring issues; and suggest corrective actions and process enhancements to strengthen internal controls and support timely remediation. •Perform Daily File Maintenance Reviews (next day), document and log errors and discrepancies •Perform quality assurance checks for the entire loan portfolio on a continuous basis throughout the month to ensure proper coding and proper exception reporting to reduce the risk of improper financial reporting •Identify discrepancies and escalate complex issues to management for resolution. •Provide quality review findings and observations to management for consideration in process improvement efforts. •Provide testing and administrative support for Abrigo enhancements and upgrades. •Assist with departmental and cross-functional projects, as needed. •Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Knowledge of banking regulations and credit administration standards, audit processes and compliance requirements.
