Required Skills: •Maintain and update quality documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records. •Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality policies. •Coordinate internal and external audits. •Assist in maintaining certification requirements for AS9100, or other applicable regulatory bodies. •Complete electronic customer surveys and assessments. •Generate and monitor quality metrics and compliance trends. •Actively facilitate and support creation, review, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required. •Facilitate training related to quality procedures, compliance requirements, and document control processes. Qualifications: •Due to government/military contract requirements, all applicants must be a U.S. Citizen. •High School Diploma or equivalent required. •Operational familiarity with QMS frameworks. •Strong documentation and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret regulations, standards, and customer requirements. •Excellent communication and data-entry skills. •Proficiency with quality software systems, audits, and reporting tools.
