Hiring: Quality Analyst 1 Company: Pace® Analytical Services Location: Ormond Beach, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:05:38 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •Oversee, review, complete, and process various quality forms, documents, databases, and related materials. •Provide analysis, interpretation, and guidance to staff, management, and functional leaders regarding quality policies, programs, and practices, including support for operational improvements and change initiatives. •Research and resolve management and employee questions related to quality requirements; assist with customer feedback investigations and coordinate appropriate responses. •Analyze operational results, feedback, and quality data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations for management. •Ensure accuracy of testing, equipment, procedures, operational databases, and reports through audits, reviews, and data verification activities; collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies. •Assist in the development and execution of quality and cross-functional projects, including budgeting, timelines, resource planning, and project reporting. •Interpret and apply departmental policies, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards. •Contribute to departmental effectiveness by offering process improvement suggestions and actively participating on work teams. Qualifications: •Mobility to work in both laboratory and office environments. •Demonstrated capacity to use standard office and laboratory equipment. •Demonstrated capacity to remain seated for extended periods. •Demonstrated capacity to occasionally exert up to 20 pounds of force and frequently exert up to 10 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. •Visual acuity sufficient to read printed materials and computer screens. •Hearing and verbal communication abilities sufficient for effective in-person and telephone communication. •Work is performed in both laboratory and office settings.
