Required Skills: •Perform and coordinate field inspections to verify installation quality. •Review construction drawings, specifications, and approved submittals to support inspection planning and verification. •Identify, document, and track quality deficiencies and coordinate resolution with project teams. •Maintain and manage inspection records, reports, checklists, and supporting documentation. •Interpret construction drawings and specifications, including architectural, structural, and MEP systems. •Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure quality requirements are understood. •Verify system readiness for testing, startup, and commissioning activities. •Support implementation of project QA/QC plans and inspection procedures. Qualifications: •Solid functional working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and approved submittals used for installation verification. •Operational familiarity with architectural, structural, and MEP building systems and their installation requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to use QA/QC documentation systems, inspection reporting tools, and deficiency tracking platforms. •Solid functional working knowledge of construction management and project collaboration software used for quality documentation. •Understanding of construction installation methods and sequencing across major building systems. •Operational familiarity with commissioning processes including system startup, testing, and turnover documentation. •Solid functional working knowledge of applicable construction codes and project specifications. •Demonstrated capacity to review shop drawings and submittals to verify compliance with project requirements. •Operational familiarity with document control systems used to manage drawings, specifications, and inspection records. •Understanding of system turnover documentation and inspection record requirements.
