This position is onsite and will work closely with business users across manufacturing, quality, receiving, shipping, finance, procurement, logistics, and IT. •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required. •At least three years of hands-on QAD ERP support and development experience. •Ignition development or support experience, including maintaining existing applications and supporting version upgrades. •Relational database and SQL experience for troubleshooting, reporting, KPIs, metrics, and data validation. •Operational familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar source control and work tracking tools. •Demonstrated capacity to work with internal teams and external vendors, including QAD and other application support partners. •Demonstrated capacity to work under minimal supervision, relying on experience, research, and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals. Qualifications: •Three years or more of hands-on QAD ERP, business systems, or manufacturing application support/development experience. •QAD EE 2019, QAD AS, EQMS, Ignition 8.x, Azure DevOps, and manufacturing systems experience preferred.
