Required Skills: •Develop and write project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and audit checklists tailored to construction duties. •Develop and manage the implementation and maintenance of project quality plans. •Identify and implement corrective actions for quality control deficiencies. •Partner cross-functionally with design and field teams to address constructability concerns during preconstruction phases. •Promote a performance-based culture to meet and exceed team goals while fostering a positive team environment. •Train and provide guidance to project teams on QA/QC concepts and processes. •The QA/QC Manager mentors, provides guidance, and supervises the QA/QC Team including completion of performance reviews and disciplinary action if applicable. Qualifications: •Advanced Experience and knowledge of the installation of QA/QC systems, processes and procedures. •Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control within the construction industry. •Demonstrated capacity to use independent judgment, self‐starting and ability to prioritize based on relevant factors. •In-depth understanding of contract specifications, construction methods, and quality standards. •Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities. •Proficiency with QA/QC tools and software is an asset. •Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. •Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. •Collaborative and capable of driving engagement across diverse teams.
