Required Skills: •Perform inspection of electrical installations including conduit, terminations, grounding and bonding, labeling, and panel assemblies. •Verify installations against one-line diagrams, schematics, bills of material, and project documentation. •Perform and document electrical testing including insulation resistance (megger), continuity, phase rotation, torque verification, and functional control checks. •Record inspection and test results following QMS procedures. •Ensure all required inspections, redlines, and turnover documentation are complete prior to release. •Identify, document, and control nonconformances in accordance with the Quality Management System. •Coordinate with engineering, electrical assembly, and quality to resolve discrepancies. •Maintain traceability of inspection and test records to project requirements and deliverables. Qualifications: •Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and one-line diagrams. •Solid functional working knowledge of NEC and applicable electrical standards. •This role has authority to hold or stop work where electrical installations do not meet requirements. •No module is released without complete inspection, test documentation, and turnover package verification. •Deviations must be formally documented, reviewed, and resolved prior to close-out. •This position is responsible for final electrical quality verification prior to shipment. •This position carries final electrical quality verification and documentation responsibility prior to shipment.
