You will design and execute test strategies for conversational flows, real-time audio pipelines, and the APIs developers build on — catching issues before they reach production and helping the team ship fast without breaking things. •This is a hands-on role that blends manual exploratory testing — talking to and stress-testing voice agents — with building durable automated test coverage. •Design, write, and maintain test plans for voice agent conversational flows, including edge cases, interruptions, accents, and noisy audio conditions. •Build and maintain automated test suites for backend APIs and integrations (regression, functional, and end-to-end). •Benchmark AI systems for quality and performance. •Test real-time voice pipelines end-to-end — ASR, TTS, latency, and call quality — across telephony integrations (SIP/PSTN) and supported platforms.
