Required Skills: •We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Client Delivery Consultant to support software testing, project delivery, and client engagement efforts. This role combines manual QA testing, project coordination, and client relationship management to ensure successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction. •Create and maintain manual test cases based on business and technical requirements. •Execute testing activities and log/manage defects in tracking systems. •Participate in project status meetings and prepare weekly status reports. •Partner cross-functionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. •Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and account management. •Support project discovery sessions, kickoffs, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs). •Assist with project planning, milestone tracking, and client deliverable reviews.
