Qualifications: •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing clear defect reports, release notes, and customer documentation. •Proficiency with Windows Server and Windows operating systems, along with Microsoft Office applications. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, support staff, and stakeholders. •Strong organizational skills to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred). •Solid functional working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and database concepts (preferred). •Operational familiarity with Agile development methodologies and issue tracking tools such as Jira (preferred). •Prior experience in public safety, law enforcement, or related software environments is advantageous.
