Hiring: QA Analyst Company: Sundayy Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 11:49:50 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Android, Jira, Microsoft Office, Quality Assurance, SQL, Windows Server, iOS About the job Required Skills: •Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, and release validation. •Perform various testing types including functional, exploratory, regression, and developer work item testing to ensure software quality. •Document, investigate, reproduce, and track software defects, enhancement requests, and customer-reported issues collaboratively with development and support teams. •Validate bug fixes and new features to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards. •Communicate release changes effectively through clear release notes, demonstrations, and stakeholder updates. •Utilize approved AI-assisted tools to support testing activities, defect analysis, documentation, and drafting of release notes. •Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, documentation practices, and release readiness protocols. •Participate in team meetings, provide feedback on testing strategies, and support training initiatives to enhance team capabilities. Qualifications: •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing clear defect reports, release notes, and customer documentation. •Proficiency with Windows Server and Windows operating systems, along with Microsoft Office applications. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, support staff, and stakeholders. •Strong organizational skills to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred). •Solid functional working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and database concepts (preferred). •Operational familiarity with Agile development methodologies and issue tracking tools such as Jira (preferred). •Prior experience in public safety, law enforcement, or related software environments is advantageous.
