We encourage employees to push boundaries and help solve critical, world-changing federal challenges. •5 years of software testing experience Required Skills: •Develop clear, concise, and logically structured manual test scripts that can be understood and executed by users regardless of their technical knowledge or familiarity with the system •Clearly document prerequisites, test data, user roles, navigation steps, expected results, and pass/fail criteria •Maintain document control within SharePoint and Microsoft Word •Execute manual test scripts, document results, capture evidence, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps •Act as a member of a project team responsible for testing requirements and providing technical guidance concerning the testing strategy, implementation in unit and performance/regression testing of the application •Maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and defects •Contribute to the performance of functional, regression, integration, performance, and compliance testing •Follow testing strategy and processes, work with tester team members, and contribute to process improvement Qualifications: •Must be clearable for DoD Public Trust or higher •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field •Minimum of 5 years of software testing experience •Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority •DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I •Demonstrated capacity to work and produce results in an Agile and fast-paced environment with dynamic deadlines •Exceptional writing skills and the ability to simplify complex system processes in writing •Operational familiarity with basic ServiceNow navigation and general ServiceNow module concepts •Operational familiarity with DLA, DoD, or government project testing standards •Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and flat file data exchange Compensation: •$100,000 - $120,000 / year •Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
