Required Skills: •3–5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience. •1–2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred. •Directly supervises purchasing team members, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to support individual and team growth. •Performs various RFX processes and demonstrates strong knowledge of procurement activities such as bids, proposals, information, quotes, and their appropriate use. •Supports and develops forecasting processes and review mechanisms for future inventory requirements (e.g., new consumer projects, system improvements). Works collaboratively across the organization to confirm material needs and place requisitions to ensure material is received ahead of requirement dates. •Supports contract administration, including compliance enforcement, service level agreements, pricing structures, amendments, and other duties. •Strategic sourcing and category management. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. •Ensures that purchasing documents including PRs, POs, PAs, and product specifications are executed in a manner that meets organizational goals, with accurate master data maintained in Haynes Mechanical’s ERP systems.
