Most supply partners are international. •Analyze the requirements of the commodity, including preliminary specifications, preferred supplier, lead-times, and date commodity as needed. •Issue new and monitor existing purchase orders for delivery to meet business needs. •Extensive MRP, inventory replenishment experience needed. •MRP ordering, order expedite, defer, cancel experience needed. •Maintain prompt control of orders, revisions, shipping notices, and other documents to assure accurate retention of records and order arrival. •Effectively communicate with internal staff and domestic and international suppliers.
