Duties assigned at lower grade levels will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee. •Leads and coordinates technical efforts within assigned programs or functional areas and provides technical guidance on complex program matters. •Conducts and supports advanced analysis, design, testing, and evaluation activities for complex systems and projects. •Applies independent judgment and technical knowledge to identify, analyze, and resolve complex programmatic issues and recommends appropriate solutions. •Provides technical advice and recommendations to program managers, project leads, and management on technical and programmatic matters. •Participates in technical forums, boards, reviews, and working groups and represents the organization on assigned technical matters. •Develops, coordinates, and recommends standards, technical guidance, requirements, and processes within assigned programs or functional areas. •Coordinates technical exchanges with contractors, partner organizations, and other stakeholders to address technical issues, requirements, and program objectives. Qualifications: •This position is open to U.S. citizens, nationals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. •This position may require a one-year probationary period. If selected, the requirement to serve such period will be determined by Title 5 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 11. **See Additional Information section** •You must meet qualifications requirements by the closing date of this announcement. •Position subject to pre-employment background investigation or higher-level clearance.
