Duties assigned at lower grade levels will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee. •Oversees risk management, cybersecurity compliance, and resiliency practices for Operational Technology (OT) assets, coordinating with Center and Agency Information Technology (IT) representatives and users. •Leads development, modernization, and configuration control for OT systems including Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS), monitoring networks, industrial controls, and facility automation platforms. •Develops project requirements, estimates, and technical documentation supporting upgrades, task orders, and mission critical facility operations. •Provides technical direction, workload prioritization, and mentoring for staff; evaluates performance of OT services delivered through contracts or civil service. •Interfaces with Center directorates, tenants, and other organizations to ensure OT systems meet operational, safety, and performance requirements. •For supervisory positions, you will perform a full range of supervisory duties which includes assigning and evaluating work; recommending personnel actions; taking disciplinary actions; and identifying training needs and developing employees.
