Qualifications: •Previous experience recruiting medical offices, especially within the optical or audiology care industry. •Operational familiarity with credentialing processes and compliance regulations. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external providers and internal teams. •Proven ability to manage recruitment efforts and meet set goals. •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. •A proactive, results-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
