Hiring: Provider Compensation Analyst Company: AdventHealth Location: Maitland, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 22:28:20 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Experience: •2+ of healthcare finance/accounting industry experience [Required] •1+ of experience in provider compensation [Preferred] Required Skills: •Leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for provider compensation. •Manages physician compensation models, including planning acquisitions and service line development. •Participates in the Provider Compensation Governance Committee for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. •Ensures all physician call payments are made timely and accurately, and updates call template invoices yearly. •Works with hospital on the Master Call Agreement and ensures Medical Director payments are according to the contract. •Aids in the development, monitoring, and production of automated calculations and reporting dashboards. •Conducts annual analytical reviews of each employed provider’s pay structure to deliver a fair market value plan that meets Commercial Reasonableness Testing. •Collaborates with AHSPE in CR Watchlist activities and coordinates reporting and monitoring of Action Plans for CR and FMV. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to influence change, clarify ambiguity, and mobilize team members at all levels in the organization for meaningful action [Required] •Demonstrated capacity to work in a project-oriented, fast-paced environment to meet deadlines [Required] •Strong interpersonal skills and managerial skills [Required] •Excellent computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets using Microsoft software platforms [Required] •Excellent communication skills in all formats [Required] •Assist in educating and training of VPs, Directors and Providers [Required] •Proficiency in Microsoft Software Platforms, including advanced use of Microsoft Excel [Required] •Demonstrated capacity to effectively organize, prioritize, track work and outcomes, and meet deadlines [Required] •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate strong customer-service skills, including responsiveness [Required] •Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including Alternative Payment Models (APMs) and their implications on provider compensation [Preferred] Compensation: •$55,224 - $102,731 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
