Hiring: Provider Compensation Analyst Company: AdventHealth Location: Maitland, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 22:28:20 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Experience: •2+ of healthcare finance/accounting industry experience [Required] •1+ of experience in provider compensation [Preferred] Required Skills: •Leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for provider compensation. •Manages physician compensation models, including planning acquisitions and service line development. •Participates in the Provider Compensation Governance Committee for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. •Ensures all physician call payments are made timely and accurately, and updates call template invoices yearly. •Works with hospital on the Master Call Agreement and ensures Medical Director payments are according to the contract. •Aids in the development, monitoring, and production of automated calculations and reporting dashboards. •Conducts annual analytical reviews of each employed provider’s pay structure to deliver a fair market value plan that meets Commercial Reasonableness Testing. •Collaborates with AHSPE in CR Watchlist activities and coordinates reporting and monitoring of Action Plans for CR and FMV.
