Required Skills: •This is a highly-visible role and as the successful candidate, you will be interacting with senior management from across the organization. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are critical, along with good writing ability, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. •Manage the proposal development process maintaining timelines for deliverables for internal and external clients, plan and communicate effectively to enforce internal deadlines on a large team of people from diverse departments across the organization •Research information for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) •Create and edit proposals and related documents based on the client’s requirements/specifications, team meetings and discussions, and incorporating strategy, completeness, quality and adherence with proposal standards •Liaise on an as needed basis with Business Development and Operational staff to design proposals and edit added text •Maintain Department tracking including updating SalesForce as required •Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. •Travel National travel 3-5 times per year.
