They work with a graphics-focused Proposal Specialist and strategy-focused Proposal Manager to contribute to winning business proposals and presentations. •The end goal: to help demonstrate Rudolph Libbe Group as the trusted partner of choice—and win the work. •Gather and evaluate content from preconstruction, business development and marketing teams and systems to ensure thorough and consistent data in proposals work. •Execute regularly scheduled updates to materials, including resumes, experience and data sheets, to ensure accuracy. •Support updates to charts, tables and business development materials. •Assist in proposal production efforts such as print and assembling binder covers and spines. •Work on a fun, fast-paced proposals team, while multi-tasking to meet tight deadlines.
