Required Skills: •Analyze solicitation requirements and assist with proposal outlines, compliance matrices, schedules, and content assignments. •Develop and edit technical, management, staffing, and past performance sections. •Transform technical notes and SME input into clear, customer-focused proposal narratives. •Support proposal activities including kickoff meetings, color reviews, final editing, formatting, and submission. •Maintain proposal templates, resumes, and past performance libraries while ensuring compliance with customer requirements. •Write, edit, and coordinate proposal responses for Federal RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Task Orders, and White Papers. •Interface directly with Business Development, Capture, Program Managers, and technical SMEs to develop compliant, compelling proposal content. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, English, IT, Engineering, or a related field. •2–5 years of experience supporting Federal proposal development, proposal writing, proposal coordination, or technical writing. •Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Strong communication and collaboration skills. •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. •Operational familiarity with IDIQs, GWACs, and Federal contract vehicles. •Nationwide IT Services is an employee-focused Federal contractor delivering innovative IT and professional services solutions to DoD and Civilian agencies.
