Required Skills: •Reports to the Chief Growth Officer and is responsible for managing the entire proposal process from receipt of an RFP/RFQ, RFI/EOI, or similar request to final submission. •Lead and oversee obtaining necessary approvals and implementing the Company's Governance policies. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with experience in project management and team supervision. •A minimum of 15 years of proposal development experience with US government programs. •Proven experience managing complex, multi-contributor proposals under tight deadlines. •A minimum of 10 years of experience with the Federal Government Acquisition and resultant Proposal Development environments, Department of Energy Environmental Management/NNSA and/or Office of Science experience is desired. •Commercial Nuclear experience is desired. •Proposal Management processes and tools. •Operational familiarity with AI-assisted proposal workflows and content libraries is increasingly valued. •Key account management. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Strong interpersonal skills are very important, both within the internal AtkinsRealis team and interfacing with customers.
