Hiring: Proposal Coordinator Company: Summit Line Construction Location: Draper, UT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:59:53 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Phoenix, Project Management, Salesforce About the job Required Skills: •This role may report out of our Heber, Provo, or Draper locations following a 6 month training period in Heber. 1-2 days per week will be required in Heber following the training period. •Proposal Management •Receive, review, and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to determine proposal requirements and deadlines. •Perform high-level reviews to interpret scope of work, proposal requirements, and associated deliverables. •Distribute RFP documents to estimating and executive teams, including details of the scope, deadlines, and estimated construction timelines. •Track bid deliverables and ensure all proposals are compliant with client requirements. •Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring timely completion. •Serve as the main point of contact for proposal-related inquiries and communications with the client. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred, with demonstrated proposal or technical writing experience. •Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software. •Proficiency in Microsoft Projects a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. •Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and industry standards is highly desirable, not required. •Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to meet proposal deadline Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package •PTO that starts accruing DAY 1 Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
