Required Skills: •Manage multi-state real estate and business personal property tax compliance for a select portfolio of complex properties, ensuring adherence to local and state property tax regulations and filing deadlines. •Identify, research and aggressively pursue property tax savings opportunities. •Independently manage the valuation appeal process, with heavy emphasis on complex jurisdictions •Manage monthly property tax accruals, forecasts, and true-ups using JDE and BlackLine for a select portfolio of properties. •Analyze real estate and business personal property tax data using Microsoft Excel and PTMS to prepare reports and analyses related to property tax liabilities and savings opportunities. •Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and taxing jurisdiction personnel to support and optimize property tax strategies. •Adhere to and maintain Company and SOX compliance, policies, and procedures. •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
