Responsibilities include property inspections, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, lease administration, and support for property improvement projects. •With a varied portfolio, priorities may look different from week to week. The goal remains the same: protect our properties, support our tenants, resolve issues promptly, and keep operations and projects moving forward. •Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties. •Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and respond promptly to questions, maintenance requests, and property concerns. •Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, appearance, and compliance issues. •Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and property improvement projects. •Manage vendors and contractors, including obtaining proposals, scheduling work, monitoring progress, and inspecting completed work.
