This position supports both planned and on-demand projects, including window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care, deep cleaning, and other facility maintenance services. •The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in different environments and locations. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to operate specialized equipment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results for our customers. •Perform specialty cleaning and facility-service projects at customer locations. •Complete interior and exterior window cleaning, including glass, frames, sills, and related surfaces. •Perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning of sidewalks, entryways, buildings, loading areas, and other designated surfaces. Qualifications: •Previous experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, janitorial services, construction cleanup, pressure washing, floor care, or a related field preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team. •Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. •Demonstrated capacity to follow written and verbal instructions. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments. •Demonstrated capacity to safely lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies. •Demonstrated capacity to work flexible schedules, including occasional evenings, weekends, or extended hours based on project requirements. •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods. •Demonstrated capacity to lift and carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
