Required Skills: •The Project Training Coordinator/Facilitator will be accountable for the delivery of training programs and material in a Construction environment. Will preferably have worked in remote locations and requires a valid drivers license as Training related activities may be conducted in multiple locations on the project. •Manage the project ES&H Training Program in accordance with company ES&H Core Processes, project procedures, and client requirements. •Develop, implement, and maintain project ES&H training plans, training matrices, and qualification programs. •Supervise ES&H training personnel and provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development. •Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation, supervisor orientation, refresher training, and regulatory-required training. •Ensure training requirements are integrated into project execution plans, subcontractor onboarding programs, and workforce qualification processes. •Maintain training records and databases and ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, client, and project requirements. •Analyze training performance data and provide metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis to project leadership. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Education, or related field. •Solid functional working knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and ES&H Core Processes. •Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. •OSHA 500/510, OSHA 502, MSHA Instructor certification, or equivalent training credentials preferred. •A current US driver's license due to the potential for the successful candidate to be delivering training instruction at multiple locations.
