Hiring: Project Support Specialist Sr - CIPHER Company: Georgia Institute of Technology Location: Atlanta Metropolitan Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 11:12:23 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : AI, Project Management, Security Clearance, Workday About the job Experience: •Four to five years of job related experience Required Skills: •Lead and support a broad range of moderately difficult multi-functional projects and programs, including developing tools, resources, timelines, and other requirements, to ensure successful completion; conduct assessments, gather and interpret data, produce reports and provide solutions to successfully manage projects •Initiate and/or process HR related documentation including hiring packages, posting requests, schedules and reports, as required •Gather and coordinate dissemination of information regarding new or revised policies and procedures within unit, respond to inquiries regarding Institute and departmental policies and procedures; make referrals as appropriate •Perform other duties as assigned •Initiate and conduct assessments, collect data and benchmark studies to identify needs, gaps, improvements, and provide recommendations to management on issues and matters of significance related to projects, programs and future initiatives •Establish schedules, oversee arrangements and provide logistics support for projects •Participate in the development and execution of program events; Coordinate and arrange meeting and project materials for distribution Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience •Project Management Professional (PMP) Experience in a higher education environment •Working knowledge and experience with Workday, Cognos, Deltek eTime, and Microsoft Outlook. •Prior professional experience in a college or university environment. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. •Demonstrated experience managing projects, with proven examples of successful outcomes.
