All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment. •Support integrated project management functions, including but not limited to scheduling, stakeholder coordination, product development, etc. •Track stakeholder responsibilities, dependencies, decisions, unresolved issues, and follow-up actions •Support planning meetings, workshops, working groups, coordination sessions, and senior-leader engagements •Translate complex technical information into clear executive-level products •Lead and oversee quality review of plans, briefings, decision documents, dashboards, maps, infographics, timelines, and other executive-level products •Draft and edit plans, reports, briefings, decision documents, executive summaries, correspondence, and other technical products. •Ensure products are clear, accurate, consistent, professionally formatted, and suitable for the intended audience. Qualifications: •Direct experience with senior clients and stakeholder engagement and delivering work products for clients in a complex environment •Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously •Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person •Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools like SharePoint •Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects •Demonstrated capacity to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to different locations •Clearance: U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Currently holds a Public Trust level clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a position of trust/Federal security clearance •Critical Skills: Executive presence, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, collaborative mind-set, excellent problem-solving skills, and interest in working in a consulting firm.
