Work requires efficient execution of work within defined project time frames. •May support staffing coordination for projects including communicating schedules. •Floor surfaces and carpet cleaning •Service, cleaning, and supply restrooms •Clean and polish furniture and fixtures •Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. •Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. •Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks Safety Qualifications: •Excellent understanding of janitorial/building maintenance procedures and related safety requirements •Tool and machine maintenance including basic break/fix procedures. •How to meet general customer expectations •Effective verbal and written communication skills including time management with an ability to prioritize and set clear expectations. •Demonstrated capacity to resolve requests and concerns in a fast-paced environment. •Demonstrated capacity to manage work with and lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operations environment •Demonstrated capacity to provide facilities escalations resolution timely and efficiently •Demonstrated capacity to track supplies and task/performance data, document and submit reports/supply orders.
