Required Skills: •Joining the Transformation Management Office, the Project Specialist will apply best practices in Project Management, Data-Based Decision Making, and Continuous Improvement to contribute to project results, create and maintain detailed project documentation, ensure effective project communication, and deliver timely completion of action items. •Supports and/or manages assigned projects including contribution to customer deliverables, schedule and budget management. Creates and maintains detailed project documentation utilizing project management best practices to deliver results. •Contributes to and supports risk management plans as relevant. •Demonstrates strategic thinking in connecting tactics to project and company goals •Demonstrated capacity to interface with team members to drive progress. Leverages understanding of innovation, manufacturing, and supply chain workflows. Proactively identifies project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, develops mitigation strategies, and escalates issues as appropriate. •Effective in communicating with highly technical resources, commercial owners, and project stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. •Anticipates and identifies potential roadblocks and solicits input in overcoming barriers. •Monitors and communicates regularly to team members on completion status of project deliverables as well as project changes.
