Relocation is not available at this time. •Is responsible for tracking and updating the project schedule using technology and collaboration with team members •A Scheduler I Is Responsible For The Following •Assist Project Teams in tracking the project(s) against baseline schedules and budgets •Evaluate project progress and provide regular schedule updates •Perform weekly schedule updates with respective team leaders checking in on physical percent complete, remaining units/duration and other key project measurablesAssists in loading budgeted data (material, cost & resources) into schedules and export schedule and Earned Value data from the system. •Assist Project Teams in creating short-term schedules •Aid Project Teams and others as required with incorporation of fragnets in Project Schedule Qualifications: •Commitment to continual learning and development •Effective written or verbal communication skills •Basic understanding of scheduling practices •Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities •Detail oriented multi-tasker that can work and prioritize several tasks at once •Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated problem-solving ability •Demonstrated capacity to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure •Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite Applications •Strong service-orientation and proven success in handling heavy customer service responsibilities •Primarily office-based with occasional travel to job sites and company locations.
