Hiring: Project Scheduler Company: ARCO a Family of Construction Companies Location: Downers Grove, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:59:30 Employment Type: Internship About the job Experience: •1-5 years of scheduling experience with a General Contractor •5 years of scheduling experience with a General Contractor Required Skills: •Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules for active construction projects. •Interface directly with the Project Team to help develop schedule structure and layout before detailed scope-based development begins. •Track milestones, compare actual progress against the plan, and help identify schedule deviations. •Support project teams in coordinating sequencing, manpower timing, and major schedule milestones. •Participate in internal scheduling meetings and help keep schedule updates current and accurate. •Assist with preparation of monthly schedule reporting and project-specific schedule updates. •Help review subcontractor schedules and identify opportunities for improvement or alignment with the overall project schedule. •Assist superintendents with 3-week look-ahead schedules to ensure field planning aligns with the master project schedule.
