Required Skills: •Lead comprehensive stakeholder engagement for large-scale aviation programs from inception through design, construction, and closeout. Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for stakeholders needing coordination with the Project Management Team (PMT). •Establish internal alignment with the project team by orchestrating introductory sessions, sharing project goals and master schedules, and conducting targeted intake with priority stakeholders to capture background scope and insights. •Partner with stakeholders to guide early scope development, strategically assigning collaborative tasks, facilitating focused workshops, and deploying targeted questions to drive meaningful program input. •Ensure stakeholder impacts, design requirements, and operational concerns are actively addressed and mitigated throughout the design and construction phases. •Maintain rigorous logs of stakeholder concerns, commitments, resolutions, and action items. Proactively hold both stakeholders and internal teams accountable for deadlines and deliverables. •Own coordination for meeting agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes. Support PMT-required documentation and workshops, including lessons learned analysis, risk management workshops, and PMO reporting. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or Airport Management. •Airport/airline operations background, change management, or communications management experience. •Denver, CO — onsite 4 days per week, with the option to work from home on Fridays. •Reports to the ORAT Director and assigned project program managers. Compensation: •$100,000 - $125,000 / year •3–7 years of aviation stakeholder coordination, airport operations, or construction project management experience, with demonstrated client-facing accountability and exposure to $50M+ construction projects.
