Required Skills: •Manage and assist with the design of complex multi-discipline projects. •Coordinate sound project management principles with other disciplines. •Prepare effective work plans and labor budgets for approval by Department Manager. •Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on projects to satisfy the client as well as control work and productivity. •Prepare advanced engineering designs and/or technical data for completion and accuracy. •Lead and oversee the quality control/quality assurance process on all assigned projects. •Oversee the work and productivity on assigned projects. •Strive to achieve predetermined goals for profit, productivity targets, and schedule of deliverables. Qualifications: •Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering, or civil engineering. •8-10+ years of experience in the civil/environmental engineering field with concentration in water/wastewater design. •Demonstrated capacity to manage clients and develop new business. •Design experience with water and waste water treatment plant process and design. •Extensive knowledge in permitting requirements and processes for water / wastewater collection and treatment projects. •Demonstrated capacity to build a talented team of water /wastewater professionals that are experts in their field. •Demonstrated capacity to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
