This role will be instrumental in connecting business needs to technical solutions, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring initiatives are planned, prioritized and executed to the highest standards. •Own end-to-end delivery of technology and data projects from initiation through to successful implementation •Act as the connective link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and delivery plans •Ensure project delivery is aligned with broader technology and data strategy, highlighting and resolving inconsistencies in approach •Build a strong working understanding of data flows, system architecture and technical dependencies, partnering closely with Data and Engineering leadership •Identify cross-functional dependencies, capacity constraints and delivery risks, and drive timely resolution through collaboration and escalation •Maintain a clear governance and reporting framework across the project lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of best practices •Influence and align stakeholders across business and technology functions (including those outside direct reporting lines) to drive decisions and remove blockers Qualifications: •Proven experience managing technology or data-focused projects, ideally within financial services, hedge funds or alternatives-focused environments. •Demonstrated experience applying agile project management practices; Scrum Master background a strong plus •In-depth knowledge of data platforms, data architecture or related technical domains. •Track record of translating business requirements into successful technical delivery, including experience with cross-functional or matrixed team structures •Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and change management skills.
