Required Skills: •Lead healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction administration, from inception through completion. •Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations and contractual requirements. •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, healthcare administrators, end users, and project stakeholders, maintaining strong, long-term relationships. •Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and external partners to ensure cohesive and timely project delivery. •Oversee the production, accuracy, and quality review of construction documents and technical deliverables. •Review drawing packages, including plans, elevations, and details, and provide clear technical guidance and direction to project teams. •Present project updates, design solutions, and technical recommendations to clients and internal leadership teams in a clear and professional manner. •Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare design standards, building codes, zoning requirements, and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: •Healthcare-related certifications, such as EDAC or similar, are a plus. •Proficiency with AutoCAD in addition to Revit. •Operational familiarity with healthcare design standards, regulatory requirements, and specialized healthcare planning considerations. •Demonstrated capacity to manage RFIs and support construction administration activities effectively. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in reviewing drawing packages and technical documentation. •This is a Permanent position based out of Teaneck, NJ.
