Required Skills: •Project Management & Technical Leadership •Manage installation projects, ensuring goals, timelines, resources, materials, and budgets are aligned. •Develop HVAC designs for various spaces onboard ships, including supporting calculations. •Select appropriate HVAC system components based on design requirements and calculations. •Prepare professional drawing packages, including single-line, double-line, installation, and equipment drawings. •Identify and resolve installation issues while managing and documenting changes and requirements. •Ensure the quality of project deliverables and installations. •Monitor project progress, earned value, deliverables, acceptance plans, costs, and schedules. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering •Ship installation, refurbishment, or marine HVAC projects •Strong working knowledge of project management software. •Good understanding of project finance and cost control. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. •Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. •Strong business acumen with a long-term, growth-oriented mindset. •If you have strong HVAC engineering and project management experience, particularly within ship installation or refurbishment projects, we’d love to hear from you.
