Required Skills: •Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs involving embedded software,firmware, FPGA, and hardware development. •Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, andmilestone tracking. •Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, FPGA, electrical, mechanical,systems, manufacturing, and quality engineering. •Drive accountability and execution across matrixed engineering organizations. •Drive program execution with a strong sense of urgency while balancing technical,schedule, and business priorities. •Manage technical dependencies, critical paths, and program risks to ensure on-timedelivery. •Facilitate technical reviews, status meetings, design reviews, and executive updates. •Work closely with engineering teams to understand development challenges and helpremove execution roadblocks.
