Required Skills: •Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs involving embedded software,firmware, FPGA, and hardware development. •Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, andmilestone tracking. •Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, FPGA, electrical, mechanical,systems, manufacturing, and quality engineering. •Drive accountability and execution across matrixed engineering organizations. •Drive program execution with a strong sense of urgency while balancing technical,schedule, and business priorities. •Manage technical dependencies, critical paths, and program risks to ensure on-timedelivery. •Facilitate technical reviews, status meetings, design reviews, and executive updates. •Work closely with engineering teams to understand development challenges and helpremove execution roadblocks. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relatedtechnical field. •Firmware development •FPGA development •Operational familiarity with FPGA toolchains and development workflows. •Understanding of embedded systems architectures, interfaces, and hardware/softwareintegration. •Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple parallel projects and shifting priorities. •PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. •Operational familiarity with systems engineering methodologies and requirements managementtools.
