This individual will manage project commitments, facilitate Agile teams, coordinate with federal stakeholders, address delivery obstacles, and help drive work toward successful completion. •Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and delivery commitments. •Develop and maintain project management artifacts, including integrated schedules, risk and issue registers, decision logs, status reports, action-item logs, release plans, and other contractual deliverables. •Monitor project performance and communicate schedule, scope, quality, staffing, and financial concerns to company and client leadership. •Coordinate work across development, architecture, quality assurance, DevSecOps, security, operations, subcontractor, and federal stakeholder teams. •Identify variances from approved plans and lead the development of corrective actions and recovery plans. •Manage changes in accordance with contractual and organizational change-control procedures. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience. •Minimum of five years of experience managing software development, modernization, operations and maintenance, or other IT projects involving teams of five or more individuals. •Demonstrated experience using Agile project management methodologies and supporting cross-functional software delivery teams. •Solid functional working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, quality assurance, DevSecOps, continuous integration and continuous delivery, release management, and production support. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. •Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to pass a thorough background screening.
