Required Skills: •We deliver end-to-end commercial energy efficiency solutions that help organizations save time and money. •Engineering (ASHRAE Level 1, 2, and 3 audits, retro-commissioning) •Ongoing data analytics, fault detection, and diagnosis (FDD) •This position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and you will be responsible for ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and delivered to a happy customer. •Own the full project lifecycle for building energy upgrade and implementation projects including scope, budget, schedule, procurement, construction, functional testing, and closeout •Develop scopes of work and bid packages; lead subcontractor bid evaluation, selection, buyout, and contract management for lighting, mechanical/HVAC, and controls/BAS trades •Direct subcontractor on-site work, including coordination on occupied, multi-employer client sites •Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and monthly billing; keep margin and schedule commitments Qualifications: •Minimum 3-5 years of directly relevant project management experience in energy efficiency, retro-commissioning, MEP construction, building controls, or building-systems upgrade work. •Demonstrated track record delivering medium-to-large implementation, upgrade, or tenant improvement projects in occupied commercial, institutional, or industrial buildings •Working technical knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation systems (BAS), sufficient to hold your own with engineers, controls contractors, and facility staff •Proven subcontractor management experience including bidding, buyout, scheduling, and quality/safety oversight •Full ownership experience of project budgets, schedules, and change management •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or another STEM field •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; customer-focused and professional demeanor •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects independently •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Project •Willingness and ability to travel regionally and occasionally nationally Compensation: •Medical, dental, and vision insurance Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
