Qualifications: •Strong project and program management skills, including task tracking, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze data, set measurable goals, and use metrics to drive continuous improvement. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present updates and influence decisions at different levels of the organization. •Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar) and standard Microsoft Office productivity software. •Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to organizing complex work. •Comfort working on-site, engaging directly with teams, and building strong relationships across departments. •Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. •Interest in Chirp’s mission of relief-oriented products and an active, people-centered lifestyle. •This role reports to the VP of Product & Program Management and is a critical team member on a growing product team, enabling execution excellence across Chirp’s expanding product portfolio.
