Required Skills: •Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. •Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, promoting adherence to Scrum principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. •Remove team impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues affecting delivery. •Monitor Agile performance metrics, including velocity, burndown charts, and sprint outcomes, to identify opportunities for increased team effectiveness. •Support Product Managers and technical teams in developing user stories, identifying dependencies, and prioritizing work to maximize business value. •Coordinate project activities, risks, and schedules while maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. •Prepare and deliver project status reports, briefings, and executive-level communications utilizing Jira and other Agile management tools. •Facilitate collaboration among engineers, architects, project managers, and government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions. Qualifications: •Maximus is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) program in Rosslyn, VA. •Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. •Demonstrated experience serving as a Project Manager supporting Agile software development, cloud infrastructure, or DevSecOps initiatives. •In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, project governance, and delivery management principles. •Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and coordinate activities across multiple teams. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. •Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia. •Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification.
