Required Skills: •Leads enterprise-level clinical informatics and AI-enabled programs, including oversight and scaling of Ambient AI Scribe capabilities across healthcare environments. •Oversees program execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment of clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders. •Directs Program Increment (PI) planning, coordination, and delivery within SAFe-aligned environments to support continuous value delivery. •Manages cross-functional teams comprised of multidisciplinary staff, including clinical, engineering, data, and operations personnel. •Establishes and maintains integrated program plans, including scope, schedule, resource coordination, and risk mitigation strategies. •Monitors program performance, budgets, and timelines; provides executive-level reporting and ensures alignment with strategic objectives. •Identifies program risks and issues; develops mitigation strategies and facilitates resolution to support program success and stakeholder satisfaction. •Drives clinical workflow optimization by translating operational needs into scalable informatics-enabled solutions. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of progressive experience in clinical informatics, healthcare program management, or digital health transformation. •Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level programs across multiple workstreams, including coordination of clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders. •Proven experience operating in federal healthcare environments (VA, DoD, or large integrated health systems). •In-depth knowledge of EHR ecosystems, including VistA/CPRS and/or Oracle Health (Cerner), and their impact on clinical workflows. •Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior clinical, operational, and program leadership to drive alignment and adoption. •Demonstrated capacity to translate clinical and operational needs into scalable informatics-enabled solutions. •Clearance Level: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance. •Certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMP, or Prosci Change Management. •Advanced degree in health informatics, healthcare administration, public health, or related field. •: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Posted Salary Range: USD $170,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.
