Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. •Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering new product launches successfully. •Knowledge of the cannabis industry, including market dynamics, consumer trends, product specifications and regulatory environment highly preferred •Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project or Trello). •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. •PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or related certifications are a plus •Demonstrated capacity to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. •Capable of repetitive hand and arm motions as well as extended periods of typing. •Capable of looking at a screen for extended periods or entire shifts.
