Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related mechanical engineering discipline. •2–5 years of professional experience in engineering, project management, or a related field. •Recent college graduates with meaningful project management experience through senior design projects, engineering projects, internships, or other hands-on school activities will also be considered. •Demonstrated capacity to develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and timelines. •Strong organizational and time-management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers. •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. •Willingness and ability to be hands-on with hardware, including assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and integration. •A genuine interest in drones, UAVs, robotics, or related technology. •Practical experience with drones is strongly preferred.
