Develop estimates for each. •Manage projects for clients with regular site visits, addressing concerns, and selling additional work. •Communicate and ensure subcontractors are completing assigned work properly. •Generate as-builds through the construction process and hand them over to designers and ultimately the client. •Interface directly with Manager of Logistics and Procurement to create schedules and staffing requirements to support them. •Maintain stock levels of routine materials and procure special items as needed. •Maintain adherence to the proposed production schedule. •Review regular division reports for alignment with profitability, sales, and revenue goals. Adjust course as needed to support. Qualifications: •Demonstrate knowledge of landscape terminology, plant materials, applicable construction materials, and installation techniques. •Possess a strong ability to multi-task and exercise efficiencies in time management. •Superior interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and direct reports both verbally and written. •Beginner to intermediate skills with MS Office Suite. •Prior Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience, preferred. •Possess and maintain a valid drivers license. A CDL with Class A endorsement, preferred.
